Intermediate Sling/Hammock Workshop

This workshop is a full tool box of sequences that give any aerialist infinite options! "Twisted Up" can be adapted for intermediate aerialists with ANY amount of sling experience, including NONE!! We will roll up down and all around the sling in this one, then seamlessly link sequences together to create stunniing choreography, add dynamic drops for extra pop and play with hundreds of poses in this incredible workshop! Twisted Up can be booked as a single workshop (1.5-3 hrs) OR as a workshop series (3-6 hrs)

A sassy skills workshop that will help you achieve WICKED WHEEL DOWNS! Whether you have never attempted them or have been struggling to execute your wheel downs/windmills, this is the workshop for you! We will learn multiple entries and exits to 2 different types of wheel downs, conditioning excercises in the air and on the ground to help you perfect them, as well as some fancy add ons to give variety and shape to your next wheel down sequence!

PLAY with WHEEL DOWNS! Now that you've spent hours perfecting your wheel downs, it's time to play!! Combine this skill into dynamic drop sequences, use them as a transitional phrase between poses and learn single leg adaptations of the classic wheel down.
